Advanced Card Management
When it comes to security, Orrstown Bank's Online Banking and Mobile app have you covered. Our Advanced Card Management puts you in charge of who uses your Orrstown Bank Credit and Debit Card - and how they use it.
With Advanced Card Controls, you can:
- Card Lock: turn your card on and off if it's lost, stolen or being misused
- Alerts: get instant alerts when your card is used
- Spending Limits: establish dollar limits to keep spending in check
- Control Activity: block transactions that don't match settings you choose
- Locations: set transaction locations where your card can be used
- Travel Notices: notify us of any travel before you depart to prevent possible declined transactions
It's just another way Orrstown Bank helps you safely and securely manage your money - and it's quick and easy to use. Here's how:
- Log into Orrstown Bank's Online or Mobile Banking app and select Accounts from the main menu
- Select the account tied to the card you want to control
- Select Card Management from the menu of options
Slider Button: touch the toggle button to switch between Active (on) and Locked (off)
Alerts and Protections: touch to manage your card's spending and alert preferences
Online Banking Alerts
Online Banking alerts provide a quick and easy way for you to stay on top of your account activity. Sign up to receive any of these types of alerts:
- Events: Keeps you aware of account activity triggered by certain events
- Balance: Triggered by certain account balances going above or below a target amount
- Item: Triggered by checks clearing
To sign up:
- In Online Banking, click on the account you'd like to receive alerts for
- Select Alert preferences
- + Add alert
Sign up for Paperless Statements
Orrstown offers electronic versions of your account statements and other pertinent account documents. Once enrolled in electronic document delivery, these documents are published to and accessible from our online banking or mobile app.
Here’s how to enroll:
- Click on the Accounts menu from the left side of your Online Banking dashboard
- Click on one of your accounts from the Accounts display
- Click on the green box labeled Documents
- Follow the prompts to update your email address or create a security phrase if prompted
- Click on Sign Up/Changes
- All of your accounts will then display for you to enroll
- Once all selections have been made, click Save Settings
- Read over the notice that displays and click I Agree if you wish to proceed
- You are now enrolled for E-Statements and will see future available documents under EStatements/Notices
