CRA Mortgage Program Features

The CRA Mortgage Program is available to eligible borrowers purchasing a home or completing a limited cash-out refinance within Orrstown Bank's CRA Assessment Area. Our Mortgage Officers can explain program requirements, discuss available financing options, and help you determine whether this program may meet your home financing needs.

Features:

  • Available for eligible home purchases and limited cash-out refinances
  • Maximum loan-to-value (LTV) of 97%
  • Private mortgage insurance (PMI) is not required
  • Minimum credit score of 660 required
  • First-time homebuyer status is not required
  • Income limitations apply
  • Available for properties located within Orrstown Bank's CRA Assessment Area
