Fee Refunds & Waivers
We want to take a moment to address recent account fee activity and ensure you are fully informed about the steps we are taking to support our clients. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are committed to enhancing your banking experience. For clients affected by the below fees, please note:
- Paper Statement Fees charged between November 11, 2024, and December 31, 2024, will be waived or refunded. Clients who were already charged this fee should see the fee reversed on December 13.
- Monthly Service Charge Fees charged between November 11, 2024, and December 10, 2024, have been refunded.
- Excessive Transaction Fees charged between November 11, 2024, and December 10, 2024, have been refunded.
- Overdraft Fees charged between November 11, 2024, and November 22, 2024, have been refunded.
How to Enroll in e-Statements:
- Log in to your online banking account on the Orrstown Bank mobile app or at Orrstown.com.
- Navigate to the "Statements & Documents" section in the menu.
- Review and accept the disclosure to complete your enrollment in the statement portal.
- Choose “Delivery Preferences” and make your election at the account level for each of your accounts.
By switching to e-Statements, you’ll enjoy greater convenience and help reduce paper waste, all while avoiding potential fees.
