GENERAL RULES: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Open to all U.S. Citizens or legal residents who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry. “Swipe & Win” and “Snap & Win” (collectively referred to as “Sweepstakes) promotional period is from 12:01 am (EDT) October 1, 2020 through 11:59 pm (EST) December 31, 2020, and consists of three (3) separate, independent entry periods (each an “Entry Period”) as outlined in the chart below.

HOW TO ENTER SWIPE & WIN SWEEPSTAKES: Automatic Entry Method: You will automatically receive one (1) entry for each Orrstown Bank debit card purchase. Purchases must post to your Orrstown Bank account between the Entry Period Qualification Dates. A Posted transaction is a finalized transaction reflecting on the checking account, in which the purchase has cleared the account and the funds have been deducted. Transactions in pending status will not be eligible. Entries from unauthorized card use or made with lost, stolen or fraudulent cards are void.

Free Mail-In Method: To enter without using an Orrstown Bank debit card (including those that do not have an account with Orrstown Bank), entries can be mailed in a postcard to: Orrstown Bank, Attention: Swipe & Win Sweepstakes, 4750 Lindle Road, Harrisburg, PA 17111. Please include your name, address, city, state, postal code, and telephone number on the postcard. Entries must be postmarked by the last day of the Entry Period.

HOW TO ENTER SNAP & WIN SWEEPSTAKES: Automatic Entry Method: An eligible Orrstown Bank accountholder enrolled in Orrstown Bank Mobile Banking with Mobile Deposit will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry each time they complete a Qualified Mobile Deposit through Orrstown Bank’s Mobile Banking Application (“Mobile Banking App”). To be deemed eligible, all Qualified Mobile Deposits must have an account posting date that is prior to the end of the Sweepstakes Entry Period. Clients must be enrolled in Orrstown Bank’s Mobile Banking in order to be entered via Automatic Entry Method.

SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE DRAWINGS: General Rules: For each Entry Period, one (1) winner will be randomly selected for each sweepstakes (Swipe & Win and Snap & Win). The potential prize winners will be notified by Orrstown Bank by telephone, email and/or mail. Orrstown Bank will make a “reasonable” effort to notify each winner within seven (7) business days of each drawing. If Orrstown is unable to contact the winner within that time, the Entry will be disqualified and Orrstown will choose an alternate winner from among the remaining qualified entries. Prize will be awarded to the primary account holder (as determined by Orrstown Bank’s account records) named on the account accessed by the Card or Account used to make the entry. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Prizes to existing Orrstown Bank accountholders will be delivered via an account credit; prizes to non-Orrstown Bank accountholders will be provided in a Cashier’s Check. Winners will be required to execute an IRS Form W-9 and/or other release documents prior to receipt of the prize and agree to use of their images by Orrstown Bank in conjunction with a press release or advertisement describing the prize drawing.

Swipe & Win Prizes: Prize will be awarded in the amount equal to each winner’s debit card transaction, up to a maximum of $500. If winner’s debit card transaction is less than $100, prize is $100. All mail-in winners are automatically eligible for maximum prize and winnings.

Snap & Win Prize: Prize will be awarded in the amount equal to each winner’s mobile deposit transaction, up to a maximum of $500. If winner’s mobile deposit transaction is less than $100, prize is $100. All mail-in winners are automatically eligible for maximum prize and winnings.
