Description:

Located at the Chambersburg Operations Center, the Document Imaging Manager will ensure that imaged documents adhere to banking standards and the electronic imaging plan. The incumbent will recommend and manage future enhancements and developments of the electronic imaging system. The incumbent will be the primary contact of the electronic imaging system including providing technical support, training and documentation. Ensure the accurate filing of all documents in paper files as well as document imaging solution. Prepare various queries and reports for management. Handle customer/loan officer/branch office inquiries for documentation.

Education:

A BS or BA Degree and/or a combination of education and a minimum of four years equivalent experience is preferred.

Skills:

Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; Proficient computer skills to include working knowledge of Jack Henry Synergy products is preferred but not required; Strong knowledge of document imaging solutions and library documentation; High level of organization and attention to detail; Strong problem solving and decision making ability; Proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills; Demonstrated supervisory skills sufficient to manage small group(s) of employees.

Experience:

A minimum of four (4) years experience in related document imaging or operations/processing position and past supervisory experience required. Working knowledge Jack Henry Synergy products is preferred but not required.
